Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery city, package weight and dimensions. Many vendors offer free shipping on orders above a minimum value.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most orders nationwide. Pay the courier in cash when your package is delivered. A small COD service charge may apply on certain orders.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you receive an SMS with a tracking link. You can also track from your account dashboard or our Track Order page.

Failed deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. If they cannot reach you, the parcel is returned to the vendor and your order is cancelled. Please ensure your phone is reachable and address is complete.

Multi-vendor orders

Shuhaz is a multi-vendor marketplace. If your cart contains items from different vendors, your order may arrive in several parcels at different times, each with its own tracking. The total shipping fee is shown at checkout.
