Go to My Orders →Open the order summary by entering the ID from your confirmation SMS or email.
Placed. Your order has been received and confirmation sent.
Processing. The vendor is preparing your items for dispatch.
Shipped. Handed over to courier. Tracking link will be active.
Out for delivery. The courier is bringing your package today.
Delivered. Package received. You have 7 days to start a return if needed.
